Hakim is an ambitious, personable, bilingual and self-motivated professional who completed his Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Cambridge College. He also holds both Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications in the Agile space. As a creative problem solver, he currently holds a Product Manager position at JPMorgan & Chase within their Finance Data & Insights team where he assumes solutioning of data reporting, analytical tools and Technology applications to make better business decisions while optimizing performance and process. In parallel, he serves as an Advisory Council member for the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times Certificate that Seton Hall University offers. This experience allows him to share guidance to faculty around enhancing the quality of the program through strategic review of courses and value for the business community. 

He considers himself as a citizen of the world. He lived on three continents and visited 15 countries. Experiencing different cultures strengthened his abilities to adapt to any environment while continuously re-framing his viewpoint of the world. The possibility to get exposure in unique scenes continues to fuel his passion of learning new languages and unlocking his leadership skills. Hakim’s love for education and mentorship has strengthened over the years in order to serve his surroundings as well as international communities through community initiatives and non-profit projects. He has also carried and built my experience as a “Shark” to evaluate proposals and offer result-oriented feedback to students during their business courses in the United States. He aspires to guide an engaging and responsible world of inter-connected, dependable and sustainable nations while all of them awaken their own potential.

In all institutions, working with integrity and transparency with all internal and external stakeholders are among his best attributes. He also understands the value of unhooking opportunities to achieve breakthrough outcomes. Indeed, at the Conference Centre of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, he developed durable relationships with local and high caliber personalities. In that life-changing context, the innovative business development strategies he conceived and implemented have attracted and retained a global audience. Furthermore, he hopes to continue serving vulnerable communities with passion and enthusiasm while bridging the gap between failures and possibilities. 

During the past few years, Hakim has coached seasonally in his spare time and shared his love for soccer to children between the age of 3 to 11 years.
