Lebogang Mashaba is a seasoned trainer, keynote speaker and an entrepreneur. Lebo has acquired more than 20 years’ experience in the training and development environment, running strategic training programs both nationally and internationally. As a speaker she has dynamic stage presence and her passion captivates both big and small audiences. She has worked with various multi-nationals including Telkom, Eskom, Financial Service Board, IEC, Public and Private sector both as an Education & Training Specialist and a Keynote Speaker. 

Lebo holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Certificate in Digital Marketing, Goldman Sachs - GIBS 10 000 Women Certificate Programme for Women Entrepreneurs, Diploma in Project Management, Diploma in Training & Development, a Higher Certificate in OD ETDP and a Higher Certificate in Language & Communications. She is an accredited Assessor, Moderator and a Skills Development Facilitator. 

In the media she has been featured in Drum Magazine, Radio 2000, SABC 1 Agape & Spirit Sundae. Lebo has contributed to Parable Magazine and Nedbank Heartlines Value and Money Resources. 

She’s an accredited Professional Director, with a designation PD SA. She has served as a board member for the African Youth Development Fund (AYDF) and is currently the Board of Trustees for the African University Foundation based in Indianapolis USA and serves as the Chairperson for Communications and Marketing Committee. 



She’s a passionate entrepreneur with a few organizations she’s leading, one being an ecommerce startup RealPPE Marketplace. She’s the CEO and founder of History Makers Business Consulting, a company focusing on training and development. Her passion for youth development propelled her to start an educational intervention that has engaged with over 4000 underprivileged learners nationally. 

On a personal note, she’s a committed believer and in her spare time she loves spending time with her 3 kids and an amazing husband.
